Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 3,250-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades and improvements to the Berge des Baigneurs (Bathers' Bank) zone of Rivière-des-Mille-Îles north of the Hotte Street park in Laval. The scope of work includes the construction of park a reception pavilion and a permanent outdoor stage. The scope of work also includes demolition of the existing park structures and landscaping work. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway and are being prepared by the professional consultants by construction packages. Tender for the package including the demolition of the existing park pavilion has been issued and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Construction of a Reception Pavilion and a Permanent Outdoor Stage at the Berge Des Baigneurs, Demolition Phase. Subsequent package tenders will follow the demolition process and are anticipated in mid-/late 2026.
