Reference Number 0000368185 The Village of Orland Park ("Village") is requesting bids for removal of spoils from construction/demolition debris (clay, dirt, mixed). The Contractor shall be required to supply all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, certified vehicle weighing, regulatory compliant disposal site or sites, permits, licenses, and all other requirements to load spoil material using vendor-supplied loading equipment on or in a Contractor-supplied vehicle at the Village of Orland Park spoils site located at 16401 S. 108th Avenue. The Village has budgeted $50,000.00 in 2025 for spoil removal services. Funding for all subsequent years of the contract is subject to Board approval. The spoil material to be removed has been excavated from water/utility facility installations, repairs and replacements. The material shall consist of roadway pavement materials such as various forms of bituminous, concrete, stabilized base, and Portland cement concrete (PCC), as well as various types of sub-base materials, also referred to herein as wet or dry soils, comprised primarily of rock, sand silt and clay particles. The larger pieces of the bituminous materials and the PCC are in separate piles. The rock, sand, silt, and clay materials are placed in a separate pile or piles, and may contain some smaller pieces of the bituminous materials and PCC.
