The rehabilitation will consist of replacing and improving blower equipment and blower system, improving odor control and air handling system, related electrical and mechanical work, as well as one of three biosolids improvement options: Option 1: Remove existing biosolids process equipment and replace with new RDP biosolids process system. Option 2: Remove existing biosolids process equipment and upgrade with a new "alternative Lime Pasteurization" biosolids process system. Option 3: Remove existing biosolids process equipment and upgrade with a new heat drying process system. Together with numerous related items of work.
