Renovation of an educational facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The campus is seeking to design and install only a non-penetrating roof railing system without toe board to prevent our PPM employees from falling off the roof while working on equipment closer than 6-feet to the roofline. One system will be L-shaped measuring 100' x 117' with two (2) self-closing gates. The other five (5) safety railing systems will be installed around HVAC equipment per Cal-OSHA's minimum perimeter requirements.
