Reference Number 0000369420 The Ferndale Downtown Development Authority is seeking to contract snow removal services for downtown sidewalks this winter (2024-2025). Attached is a form to provide a quote, which includes the scope of work, requirements, and request for comparable commercial references. Cost of services can be quoted for commitment to clear within 24 hours AND / OR within 12 hours. Quotes can be provided for one or both options. If any other alternative is available (such as within 18 hours or 36 hours), it could be listed under option 4, Other on page 3. If any service is included or otherwise required by your firm, please explain on page 3 or with a separate attachment. You can also indicate any additional considerations or requirements not outlined in this request. The contract shall commence on or about December 9, 2024, and continue for one (1) snow season and end on April 30, 2025. The Ferndale DDA offers no guarantees as to the amount of work that may be performed or the amount of snow that may be removed during the term of any resulting contract.
