As of January 13, 2024 Project was awarded to Vernon Nagel Inc. in the amount of $1,075,542.30. Performance on all labor, in compliance with section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in accordance with the plans and specifications for the Summit Street & Shoreland Avenue Roundabout Project, PID #111415 The scope of work includes all work assigned by the Owner to the Contractor(s). To the extent any work covered by a Contractor's construction contract for the Project entails work beyond the historical definition of "construction work," including but not limited to off-site fabrication, assembly, insulation, skids, modules, manufacture and related preparatory work, all Contractors agree to pay their employees not less than the wage and fringe benefit rates set forth in the applicable local collective bargaining agreement. Any such work to be subcontracted shall only be subcontracted to contractors who pay their employees for such work at wage and fringe benefit rates not less than those set forth in the applicable local collective bargaining agreement.
