Please quote time, labor and materials and delivery to repair and replace the top cover of retaining walls and painting of entire retaining walls.The location for the walls of the Pavilion Boundless Playground is by the Greenville County Parks Administration main office, 4806 Old Spartanburg Road, Taylors, SC 29687. Vendors shall include the removal and disposal of existing top cap. County recommends that vendors visit the site to take their own measurements. Below specifications are to confirm with your measurements: 335 linear feet of retaining wall top cap Top Block unit measured at 16"x 8"x 2" Height of current walls varies from 1' to 4'. Paint for both sides and new top of wall should match similar to current paint.
