Location: Centre de réadaptation en déficience physique et en déficience intellectuelle et en troubles envahissants du développement d'Amos (Clair foyer) 841 3e Rue Ouest, Amos (Québec) J9T 2T4 The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue is issuing a public call for tenders for the renovation of a bathroom in the Pavillon Gagnon and replacement of a ventilation unit to bring it up to the roof. The complete refurbishment includes, but is not limited to, the removal and protection of the customer's equipment to be preserved, the complete demolition of the coverings, the redoing of the plumbing and electricity, and the redoing of the floor, wall and ceiling coverings, all in the context of work in a building with a resident clientele. The work also involves replacing the ventilation and air-conditioning unit in the Gagnon pavilion. The new unit will be installed on the roof instead of in the attic, as was the case with the existing unit. This will require structural work and roof patching. Work on the ventilation unit will require access via the attic. Duration of work: 8 weeks * Award is subject to final approval.
