Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Childress, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Specifications: 1. Install 100 KW, 120/208 volt 3 phase Briggs and Stratton generator, or equivalent 2. Natural gas (preferred) or diesel fueled 3. 800 AMP Auto-transfer switch installed 4. Utilize existing concrete pad at site 5. Utilize existing natural gas lines at site (preferred) 6. Warranty on parts and labor (3 year or longer preferred) The City Childress reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, award parts of the proposal and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the submission of as may be deemed in the City's best interest. The City of Childress intends to award a single contract deemed to be the best value for the City in response to this solicitation.
