The Work shall include 3 separate Bid Packets: Bid Packet 1: Pipe material and appurtenances Bid - Procurement of material only, including approximately 8,500 lineal feet of various water pipe size material along with related valves, hydrants, fittings and appurtenances. Bid Packet 2: Pipe Casing Bore and Directional Dilling Bid - Jack and bore installation under railroad crossing, and installation of water main pipe and appurtenances (provided by the OWNER) in the casing and within the limits of construction and other incidental work necessary for a complete installation. Work also includes the installation of three (3) directional pipe drilling bores and installation of water main pipe and appurtenances (provided by the OWNER) within the defined project areas, restoration and other incidental work necessary for a complete installation. The jack and bore, and directional drilling contractor will be responsible for the installation of erosion control measures associated with said work. Bid Packet 3: Tree Clearing Bid - Clearing and removal of approximately two (2) acres of trees within easements obtained by the OWNER or within the county right of way, including underbrush, fences as applicable and grubbing of stumps from said areas. The tree clearing contractor will be responsible for the installation of erosion control measures associated with said work.
