Notice is hereby given that Community Unit School District 300, Kane County, IL, will receive sealed bids from interested trade contractors for the 2025 Summer Renovations - Bid Release 2. This project includes the following trade package 02A-2 Interior Demolition, 06A-2 General Trades, 09F-2 Flooring, 22A-2 Plumbing, 23A-2 HVAC, 26A-2 Electrical, and 32A-2 Asphalt Paving. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope and labeled aEURoe2025 Summer Renovations - Bid Release 2aEUR and the bid release, the date and time of the bid opening, the ContractoraEUR(TM)s name and address, and the Trade Package. A bid day label is supplied in the project manual. SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project involves the removal and replacement of existing flooring at Westfiield Community School (Algonquin, IL) and Neubert Elementary School (Algonquin, IL); paving the existing track surface at Dundee Middle School (West Dundee, IL); track improvements at Jacobs High School (Algonquin, IL); tennis court reconstruction and teacheraEUR(TM)s lounge renovations at Dundee Crown High School (Carpentersville, IL). All Contractors wishing to bid on this project must have a Lamp Incorporated Qualification Statement on file, updated within the last year. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this project. Revised rates will apply for the duration of the contract. This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Community Unit School District 300 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities.
