Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,252-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The intent of this tender is to obtain offers to complete the construction of a new modular building site work and associated work at Unionville High School in Markham. The Bidder acknowledges that all Work may commence Monday August 4, 2025. The Bidder, in submitting an offer, agrees to complete all Work for occupancy by August 14, 2026 and invoice for all Work by September 30, 2026. The Board reserves the right to negotiate changes to the terms of the Contract throughout the duration of the project. PQ - General Contractors - Categories F (22P31) Construction Projects for New Elementary Schools greater than $8 million and less than $20 million). Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well. *As of September 10, 2025, the submissions are still under review with the owner. A timeframe for a possible award has not been provided for publication.
