The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for FY25 USACE Galveston District, Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Texas Placement Area Improvements in Nueces County, Texas 100% total small business set aside THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The work consists of Schedule 1: The scope of this contract is to perform placement area (PA) improvements on placement areas in the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor. The inner harbor PA's under consideration for improvements are Suntide, 3A, 3B, and 1/2 . Work will consist of a 3-5 ft dike raise to IH PA 1/2 including outfall rehabilitation, culvert inspection and repair for IH PA 1/2; dike repair, culvert inspection, and dewatering for IH PA 3B; and dewatering and culvert inspection for IH PA 3A. Option 1 - Culvert Repair for IH PA 1/2 . 1. Completion Time for Schedule No. 1 for this project is estimated at 200 calendar days after acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in an amount to be determined for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. 2. Other Information: Completion time for options 100 calendar days. 3. The solicitation issued will be a firm-fixed price contract award. Estimated magnitude for this effort is estimated to be over $10,000,000.00. 4.
