Site work for a civil project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

The scope of this contract is to perform placement area (PA) improvements on placement areas in the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor. The inner harbor PA's under consideration for improvements are Suntide, 3A, 3B, and 1/2 . Work will consist of a 3-5 ft dike raise to IH PA 1/2 including outfall rehabilitation, culvert inspection and repair for IH PA 1/2; dike repair, culvert inspection, and dewatering for IH PA 3B; and dewatering and culvert inspection for IH PA 3A. Option 1 - Culvert Repair for IH PA 1/2 . Period of performance: Complete the entire work ready for use not later than 200 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. Completion time for Options 100 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 36/DFARs 236, the estimated construction price range for this project is over $10,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
