Contract Id 54-SH-TE-PR11830 WBS: 40.1.2 Route: Nc 540 and Nc 885 Toll Facilities County: Division 5 - Wake and Durham This project is for Furnishing and Applying Mulch As Needed on plantings on NC 540 and NC 885 Toll Facilities in Division 5 - Wake and Durham Counties. Not all areas will be mulched at the same time. As sections of brush and trimmings are removed from plantings by separate contract, then mulch will be applied Any firm that wishes to perform work on this POC as either the prime contractor or as a subcontractor must be prequalified for the type work they wish to perform (including but not necessarily limited to NCDOT Work Code 001670 Landscape Planting). Any Contractor identified as working outside their expertise may be considered in default of contract. Firms that wish to bid on these projects as the prime contractor must be pre-qualified as either a Bidder or POC Prime Contractor prior to submitting the bid. Firms that wish to perform as a subcontractor to the prime contractor must be pre-qualified prior to beginning work on the project. The date of availability for this contract will be January 1, 2025. The completion date for this contract is December 31, 2025. NCDOT - Furnish and Apply Mulch as Needed
