**As of January 8, 2025, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Lubbock County Detention Center - Loading Dock Improvements Selection will be based on best value for the Owner. Bid security in the sum of 5% of the Total Bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all bids. In accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, all bidders must comply with State Labor Laws concerning wage rates. The Project consists of the construction of the removal and replacement of reinforced site concrete and concrete retaining wall.
