Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

First Floor Northwest VAV Box Replacement In order to improve controllability and comfort in the Disabilities Services Department, the project will replace three cooling-only variable volume terminal boxes with new variable volume terminal boxes with hot water reheat coils. The existing pneumatic controls for these boxes, including the space sensor, will be replaced with DDC controls. The new controls will be an extension of the existing Siemens DDC controls. New controllers, sensors, control valves, sequences, and graphics updates will be included. Contractors shall be prepared with their own equipment they determine necessary to perform facility tour and investigation - ladders, measuring devices, etc. The Owner is not required to award solely based upon the lowest bid. The Owner's Representatives and the Owner will meet to review the Bids of the qualified prospective Bidders and make awards based upon the ability to meet the schedule, quality, experience, and past performance of the Contractor, and price. Project is exempt from tax on materials that will be incorporated into this project as real property. All other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders shall promptly notify the Owner's Representative of all ambiguities, inconsistencies or errors which they may discover upon examination of the Bidding Documents or of the site and local conditions. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall contact the Owner in writing or by email: Attention Gerd Christner Email: gerd.christner@cincinnatistate.edu Interpretation, correction or change of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum. Interpretations, corrections or changes of the Bidding Documents made in any other manner will not be binding, and Bidders shall not rely upon such interpretations, corrections, and changes. The Owner has the have the right to reject any or all Bids or to reject a Bid, which is in any way incomplete or irregular. Notice to Proceed: January 31, 2025 Construction Start Date: March 1, 2025 Total Project Completion: May 3, 2025
