Site work for a communication facility in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The project scope of work generally consists of the construction of (1) new radio communication tower site for Grant County, Wisconsin. Work at the site generally includes installation of a tower, antennas, coax, waveguides, dog house coax enclosure, coax conduit utility trench, prefabricated precast equipment shelter, backup generator systems, site grounding systems, and other general site improvements. Tower steel, prefabricated precast equipment shelter and generator system equipment will be procured separately by Grant County outside of this contract. Installation of this equipment, however, is required under this contract. Similarly, antennas, coax and waveguides will be provided by Others. Installation of these items will be addressed as Alternate bid work. Radio equipment installation within the shelters is not required and will be completed by Others.
