Renovation of a medical facility in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,831-square-foot medical facility.
The renovation and exterior upgrades to Community Care of Clarksburg located at 700 Oak Mound Rd. Clarksburg, WV. This project will be bid as one project but will consist of two different contracts. Contract 1 is HRSA funded for the Behavioral Health services located in the Basement. This includes partial demolition of existing finishes, interior walls, and concrete HVAC pedestals and the renovationto accept the new revised layout. Contract 2 includes all the work on the Main Floor and Mezzanine. In the Basement it includes partial demolition of finishes and the renovation to meet the new revised layout that includes office spaces and a new exterior entrance. The Main Floor will have a partial demolition and renovation to accept the new revised layout. Contract 2 will also include all of the exterior upgrades including facade updates and new ADA ramp connecting the Main Floor to the parking lot. Question Deadline 12/27/2024 The Work will be substantially completed within 240 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1000 per day.
