Site work for a water / sewer project in Princeton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the following work on the 250,000-gallon single pedestal reservoir, constructed by Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. in 1984. It was last reconditioned in 1997 by Odland Protective Coatings, Inc., when they performed a full interior and exterior coatings replacement. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting entire interior wet and exterior area surfaces and spot repairing the sweating areas of the interior dry. Full containment is mandatory. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. Tower out-of-service schedule to start on April 28, 2025 and end by June 27, 2025. The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 44-feet, high-water level 117-feet, low-water level of 86-feet, and overall height of 120-feet. Est.
