Site work for a water / sewer project in Kaysville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of all labor and materials for the removal of the existing secondary connections and installation of 1,175 District-supplied meters, radios, and lids. Contractor will supply all other materials needed, including meter enclosure, ring, poly pipe, fittings, drain rock, valves, and any other materials necessary for a complete secondary meter connection. Contractor will also be responsible to restore surface of all service connections to pre-construction conditions and coordinate construction activities with Owner, Public Involvement, and residences. Benchland Water District will pay for and obtain excavation permits from Farmington City. Contractor is responsible for any traffic control needed during construction. Final completion of the project shall be October 1, 2025 and substantially completed by October 30, 2025. Bidder shall conduct any Site visit during normal working hours and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. Question Deadline 12/12/2024
