This SOW is for access control and cameras to be installed at our Admin building in Tahlequah Ok, at 304 N. Muskogee Ave. Tahlequah, OK, 74464. This SOW will include installing access control on 4 Exterior doors and to install 4 cameras on exterior of building. All equipment shall be compatible and work with Genetec. This scope of work will include all hardware associated with the access control installation, Cameras will be provided by Cherokee Nation. Axis Door Controllers, Axis A1610 model or Mercury Boards and Life Safety Power cabinet shall be used for access control. If Mag locks are used, then power supplies with backup batteries shall also be used. Motion Rex shall also be used with Mag locks and Rex Buttons that are tied into the mag power by each door shall also be installed for guaranteed Egress from the building. This location will also get 4 Axis Cameras installed. Cameras will be provided by Cherokee Nation, model: Axis P1448-LE. Cabling for these cameras and jacks if needed shall be provided by the contractor. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to determine if a bid meets stated requirements, and to award a purchase order for the bid that is in the best interest of the Cherokee Nation including but not limited to the total cost and capability of the bidder. Bidders are responsible for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of bids. To be considered, bids must be received by the specified date and time; any bid received after stipulated date and time will be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after proposal due date.
