2025 WAC Roof Replacement The City of Leavenworth is soliciting quotes from a qualified vendors for the repair and replacement of roof and gutters at the Wollman Aquatic Center. PRINCIPLE ITEMS OF WORK: Removal and replacement of two roofs with gutters at the Wollman bath house and pump house. This project requires a complete replacement of the entire roof structure to include full sheets of decking, shingles, and venting; not just patch work. Project will include hauling off the old material. Work shall be done between March 1st, 2025 and May 16th, 2025.
