The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), is accepting bids for surplus scrap metal removal services. The metal, located throughout the City, consists of: copper, aluminum, wiring, assorted ferrous, and other scrap metals. The selected vendor will need to be capable of performing scrap metal pick up and accepting scrap metal deliveries. Complete Project details are more particularly described below in the Statement of Work. This is a revenue generating Contract. This Contract shall commence on the Commencement Date set forth in the Goods and Services Contract and shall expire Five (5) years with two (2) year renewals later, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
