Renovation of a parking garage in Adams, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

***AMENDMENT 0001***(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached); 2. Include clause 52.223-23 - Sustainable Products and Services (attached full text). ### Project includes the partitioning and insulation of a portion of Building 002 at the Columbia Basin Agriculture site. Also included in the scope is the addition of a storage room, environmental chamber, and HVAC equipment. The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for Renovations to Garage Building Project C at Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for Renovations to Garage Building Project C at Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Dept. of Labor General Decision #OR20250089 dated 1/3/2025 is applicable to the requirement. _ Delivery: 180 Days After Notice to Proceed Delivery Location Code: ARS-120426 PWA SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION RES 48037 TUBBS RANCH ROAD ADAMS OR 97810 US All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday, January 27, 2025. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
