Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 1,814 LF 4-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 4,331 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 1,993 LF of 24-inch through 7'X5' storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx 1,615 LF of 12-inch Non-Potable water line and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 6,448 SY of 8-inch Subgrade Preparation; 6. Approx. 6,016 SY of 7-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement; A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide the following bonds: a performance bond for the full amount of the contract; a payment bond for the full amount of the contract; and a maintenance bond for half the amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 01/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online at https://bids.lja.com. All parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be notified of the addendum. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
