Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. b. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: (1) Install swppp measures as directed by the engineer; (2) Excavation of detention facility; (3) Placement and compaction of excess excavated material; (4) Testing of work; (5) Construct and adjust storm sewer, manholes, outfalls, and appurtenances; (6) Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project; (7) Remove existing entities and other miscellaneous debris as directed by the engineer; (8) Clear and remove vegetation and debris; (9) Clean-up project area upon completion.
