Scope: 1. The supplier shall provide 2 precast concrete interior beams (36" width) (Each 22'- 2.5" long - 12" deep) manufactured and delivered to the project site - Pettis Avenue over Egypt Creek - Section 8, Ada Township, Kent County, MI). 2. Total bid shall include all the necessary materials needed to complete the fabrication of the precast concrete box culvert, as specified. See Technical Specifications and plan drawing, sheet 5. Location: 1. Pettis Avenue over Egypt Creek. This crossing is located on Pettis Avenue, 130 feet North of Knapp Street, Section 8, Ada Township, Kent County, Michigan.
