Renovation of an educational facility in Braxton, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: This project entails the provision of all necessary materials, labor and equipment required for the installation of a Two (2) Commercial Ten ton cooling and heating System including the installation ofthe gas furnace, flu piping connection/adapter, electric whip and disconnect, digital thermostat, foundation, refrigerant renovation, carbon monoxide test, with a complete system calibration and efficiency test. A five (5) year warranty on the compressor and condenser coil, (20) year warranty on heat exchanger, (10) year warranty evaporator coil and (1) year all parts and labor. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable laçai regulations and industry standards. For additional questions or clarifications, please refer to the contact information provided above.
