Designated roof replacement and related work on Roof Areas: Courtyards 1-10, 11, 13 and 15; Wings A, C, C1, E, F1, J, J1 & L at the Cadillac Place Building totaling approximately 110,900 sq. ft. of roofing. Base Bid: Designated low slope roof replacement and related work on Roof Areas: Courtyards 1-10, 11, 13 and 15; Wings A, C, C1, E, F1, J, J1 & L at the Cadillac Place Building totaling approximately 110,900 sq. ft. of roofing. Contractor shall complete work in a manner required by Elevate Roofing manufacturer to provide the State of Michigan a 20-year NDL materials and installation warranty for the entire roof system.
