Plant Price Stockpile Locations: Precinct #1 County Barn - 316 US 77S Precinct #2 Moulton Stock Pile - Hwy 95 1.8 miles North of Moulton off LCR 283 Cotton Grove - FM 532 2.6 miles East of Moulton at intersection of FM 532 and LCR 265 Hackberry - FM 532 2.4 miles East of Hwy 77 across from LCR 218 Precinct #3 LCR 343 and FM 966 and FM 531 and FM 318 intersection Precinct #4 FM 531 and FM 318 intersection. Price quoted for limestone delivered FOB to Precinct Warehouses or loaded on County Truck at pit by the ton through December 31, 2024. The County will calculate distance of Plant as a transportation expense to the county when considering the lowest and best bid. Each bidder shall use unit pricing. The method of payment shall be from current operating funds. Bids not accompanied by the Affidavit will not be considered. A Conflict-of-Interest Questionnaire and a Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties will be required after bid is awarded. THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any and/or all items and/or services covered in this bid request and to waive any informality in bids as may be deemed to be in the best interest of Lavaca County.
