PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work to be done under this Contract includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals needed for the construction of all items shown in the Contract documents. This work is comprised of, but not limited to the following major work items: o Clearing, grubbing, and trimming o Demolition of existing fence and gate o Construction of fence and gate o Site stabilization o Erosion and Sediment Control measure installation and maintenance o Topsoiling and Seeding The plan described in this section is not all-inclusive. The Contractor is required to submit a fully detailed schedule for the entire project prior to beginning major construction activities in accordance with Section C-1.6 Construction Procedure and Schedule. This schedule shall include time periods, anticipated night work, and other information necessary to clearly describe the prosecution and progress of the work. A summary of the phases with consecutive calendar day durations for each are included in Table 1 below. Once each phase is initiated, it must be completed within the duration indicated and the next phase shall not commence until the previous phase completion requirements are met, unless otherwise approved by the RPR.
