Reference Number 0000369411 Work under this contract includes all necessary labor, material and equipment for the Main House Renovations at Hilltop Hanover Farm including interior and exterior repairs, timber sill repairs, shingle siding repairs, roof shake repairs, gutter & leader repairs, rear porch columns, stone & brick masonry repairs, new porch steps, flagstone paths, window repairs, shutters, painting & repairs to Parlor painted wallpaper. Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized Proposal Pages and all bids over $100,000.00 must also be accompanied by the "Bid Bond and Consent of Surety" (as set forth in the Proposal Pages) attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected.
