Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ventnor City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Reconstruction of Basketball Court, Atlantic and Somerset Avenues. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent [10%] of the amount bid for the project, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. The City of Ventnor reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids received. There will be no Pre-bid Meeting. Document Note: Anyone attending the Bid Opening in person will be required to wear a mask and have their temperature taken prior to entering the building. This fee will be refunded to the unsuccessful Bidder if requested by the Bidder within 45 days of the notice that the Contract has not been awarded and upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition. If the project is awarded, no fees will be refunded. These fees will be used for proposal preparation. (40A:11-24b) In the event that a Bidder may have any questions regarding this Bid or the Work, all such questions should be submitted in writing to: Fax (609) 641-0592. All questions shall be in writing and received by the Engineer no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the Bid Opening date.
