The project generally consists of asphalt removal, forming and pouring a concrete floor slab with aeration trenches and other associated work within an existing structure. All bids shall contain bidders security in an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid in: a) Cash, b) Cashiers Check or Certified Check payable to the City, or c) bidders bond executed by a qualified Idaho Surety Company, payable to the City.
