Harborfields Central School District Roofing Replacements at Harborfields High School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-001-038 Tj Lahey Elementary School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-011-024 Oldfield Middle School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-007-033 Washington Drive Primary School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-005-009 The purpose of the project is the recover of modified bitumen roofing with EPDM membrane and/or the removal and replacement of portions of the existing roofing system with EPDM system; and installation of associated flashings, metal edge systems, & miscellaneous accessories. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Harborfields Central School District, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Each bidder shall agree to hold his/her bid price for forty five (45) days after the formal bid opening.
