**As of September 17, 2025, the project was awarded to (Washington Drive Primary School) Long Island Roofing and Repairs Service Corp, with an awarded amount of $1,281,555; (Oldfield Middle School) Milcon Construction, Corp., with an awarded amount of $1,838,100.00; (Harborfields High School) More Roofing, Inc., with an awarded amount of $3,853,600; (Tj Lahey Elementary School) Long Island Roofing and Repairs Service Corp., with an awarded amount of $971,000.00. Harborfields Central School District Roofing Replacements at Harborfields High School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-001-038 Tj Lahey Elementary School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-011-024 Oldfield Middle School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-007-033 Washington Drive Primary School Sed No: 58-04-06-06-0-005-009 The purpose of the project is the recover of modified bitumen roofing with EPDM membrane and/or the removal and replacement of portions of the existing roofing system with EPDM system; and installation of associated flashings, metal edge systems, & miscellaneous accessories. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Harborfields Central School District, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Each bidder shall agree to hold his/her bid price for forty five (45) days after the formal bid opening. It is the Board's intention and it reserves its right to award the contract to the lowest responsible qualified bidder, providing the required security who, to the Board's satisfaction, meets the experience, technical, budget and all specification requirements and has references and responses from references that are deemed acceptable by the Board.
