Skagit PUD hereby solicitsStatements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualifiedjanitorial service providersto perform professional janitorial cleaning ofSkagit PUD facilities. SOQmust demonstrate the following evaluation factors:Overview of Firm, Proximity to Skagit County, FirmExperience in the areasrequested, Staff Qualifications, Past Performance,ability to obtain a bond,and fees. Skagit PUD's Janitorial Services Rosters shallconsist of all responsiblefirms that have submittedthe necessary SOQ to beon the roster. Responsiblefirms may be added at anytime. SOQ will be kept onfile for calendar year 2025,or longer at Skagit PUD'sdiscretion. If Skagit PUDdevelops potential scopesof work, the existing rosterwill be evaluated in accordance with Skagit PUDprocurement practices.This is not a Request forProposals.
