Work consists of site preparation, removal of existing material, installation of a parking lot and concrete sidewalk, pervious stone dust walkways, resurfacing two basketball courts and a baseball diamond. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment to perform all work shown on the plans consisting of, but not limited to, site preparation, removal of existing material, installation of a new parking lot and concrete sidewalk, installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 5 foot wide pervious stonedust walkways, paint two basketball courts, resurfacing a baseball diamond, loaming and seeding disturbed areas. Demolition ofthe existing playground and installation ofnew playground equipment will be performed by others. The contractor awarded this contract will be responsible for coordinating all ofthe work included in this contract with the Wareham Municipal Maintenance Department and the playground equipment contractor.
