R-12 Reclaim Pump Station All contractors licensed by the State of Florida are hereby invited to submit a bid on the above-referenced project. The City will consider all bids properly submitted at its scheduled Bid Opening. The City of Wildwood shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. All persons and firms wishing to submit bids must obtain a complete copy of the Bidding documents. Construction time to achieve Substantial Completion is 320 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion. Total construction duration is 350 consecutive calendar days. All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer.
