General Requirements: The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the following: a. Provide and install an 8' x 16' modular guard house to include: o Mini-split HVAC system. o Built-in ADA-compliant restroom. b. Construct a new concrete slab foundation for the guard house. c. Coordinate with a pre-selected licensed plumber for utility hookups, including: Sewer line connection. Potable water supply. d. Obtain and manage all required transportation permits for delivery. e. Deliver and set up the guard house at the designated location. 2. Design and Standards: The modular guardhouse and associated work shall comply with the following: a. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. b. Applicable state and local building codes. c. Relevant safety standards The vendor must provide: 1. A one-year warranty on all labor and materials. 2. Manufacturer warranties for all installed components, including the mini-split HVAC system. 1. All work must be completed within the timeline established in the contract award. 2. The vendor is responsible for any damage caused during delivery or installation.
