Project #: BRHA-1480.CFP23.EnVisionCtrRoof.1224 Related work to include but be not limited to installation of new metal roofing and all associated work. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with the Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds, each equal to 100% of the value of the contract. BIDDER agrees that the Work will achieve Substantial Completion within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Official Notice to Proceed. BIDDER accepts the provisions for liquidated damages in the amount of $120.00 per day for each consecutive calendar day in excess of 120 days to achieve Substantial Completion. The BIDDER further agrees to accept conditions for liquidated damages in the amount of $125.00 for each consecutive calendar day in excess of 30 days after the date of Substantial Completion he requires to achieve Final Completion.
