Bids will be received for the following Contract Contract No. 1 - General Construction The work shall include providing all labor, materials, machinery tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the work as shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications to includes the abatement of asbestos containing materials and the installation of new ceiling and floor coverings. Additive Bid Item No. 1 - Removal of existing exterior man doors and replacement with new hollow metal man doors. Additive Bid Item No. 2 - Removal of existing windows and installation of new replacement windows in existing openings. A formal Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held.
