It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish prices on a per item basis for furnishing emulsified asphalt in definite quantities within the districts as shown on the Proposal. Consideration and award will be made separately by District. The contract period shall commence upon award and end December 31, 2025. Questions concerning this bid should be posted to Online. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $10,000.00. The guaranty may be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check or bank money order, drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. The successful bidders must within 10 business days after notification of the award deliver to the Department a Supply Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, as security for the faithful performance of the contract.
