LOCATION: Hillcrest IRA 960 Hillcrest Ave Utica, NY 13502 SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Exterior Wall Remediation Remove and replace rotten cedar siding, vapor barrier, plywood, studs and any other compromised exterior wall components. Replace face plate boards, sill plates and affected floor joists to ensure structural integrity. Interior Wall Repairs Inspect and replace insulation as necessary to maintain energy efficiency and prevent further damage. Install new drywall (sheet rock) where required to provide a smooth, even surface. Flooring Repairs Remove flooring to inspect for rotten plywood. Replace rotten plywood and re-glue flooring upon completion to secure a stable surface. Siding Restoration Stain and apply polyurethane coating to cedar siding to match original color and protect from future damage. Ensure all repairs and replacements are performed with materials matching the original specifications and quality.
