Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., requires bidders to prequalify 5 calendar days prior to bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check equivalent to 5% maximum proposal. If a check is submitted, it must be received in Robert E. Lee & Associate's office by the posted bid date/ bid time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid.
