Reductions or waivers of these goals may be permitted by the Owner where the size, nature or location of the project makes achieving such levels of MBE or WBE participation unfeasible. The Contractor is required to examine all sections of the Contract Documents for requirements that may affect the work of this Section. The Contractor is also required to coordinate the Work with that of all trades affecting or affected by the Work of this Section, and to cooperate with such trades to assure the continued progress of the Work. The intent of the Contract Documents is to require that the Contractor provide all material, labor and equipment needed in order to furnish a complete Project, and that all of the material, labor and equipment be furnished complete in every respect.
