Renovation of an educational facility in Fairborn, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 9, 2025, an architect has been selected, and this project is in the final design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence around November, 2025, with construction following. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Student Union at Wright State University serves as a recruiting and social hub for the Dayton Campus. In support of its mission, Wright State University recently has made investments to modernize portions of the building. This project is looking to continue the investment by upgrading the areas surrounding the main atrium of the building. The work is anticipated to be replacement flooring and ceilings in public corridors, providing alterations to support a new video board in the atrium, fit-out an existing shell space to create a presentation room, improve access and appearance of an exterior terrace, and provide miscellaneous furniture for interior and exterior public areas. The purpose is to hire a professional Architect to design, construct and commission the work.
