Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Little Rock Public Works Department, Civil Engineering Division is seeking a qualified General Contractor to provide comprehensive heavy construction services for the Chenal Parkway and Chenal Club Traffic Signal project. The vendor shall provide the construction of underground storm drainage, curb inlet construction, sidewalk, curb and driveway reconstruction, and related work. Question Deadline 12/14/2024 at 4:30 AM CT The City of Little Rock will do its best to answer all questions and clarifications within 48 hours of being submitted. For any system-related questions, bidders can email lrpurchasing@littlerock.gov (Subject Line: Bid 2731 - System Question) or call (501) 371-4560 for assistance. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract with ten (10) calendar days after they receive the written "Notice to Proceed" of the City and to fully complete the project within Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. Bid Bond (5% of bid). The City has the right to award or not award a contract if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
