Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Middletown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; for outdoor lighting for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Question Deadline 12/09/2024 at 4:00 PM ET The proposed work consists of: the reconstruction of the outdoor roller hockey rink's at-grade improvements (hockey rink containment system installed by others), repair of underground drainage as necessary, construction of concrete sidewalks/pads, lighting improvements, scoreboard replacement, bleacher replacement, installation of overhead shade structures, installation of ancillary hockey rink site features. Bids must be submitted through the procurement portal. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, Proposal Bond, or eBond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a maximum of $20,000.00. Such certification is to be without condition or qualification, and the check made payable to The Township of Middletown. Each bid must also be accompanied by an agreement to become Surety, properly executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and which agreement shall be attached to the proposal. *The Township reserves the right to reject bids
