The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide repairs services throughout the Fire Life and System and the Fire Alarm panels. The services will be performed at the following location: Ronald Reagan Building (#509) 300 South Spring Street Suite 1726 Los Angeles, CA 90015. A Bidder must be registered with the State of California, Secretary of State, if required by law. b. Contractor must possess and maintain, at all times during the term of this Agreement, a valid Class C-10 Electrical License and C-16 Fire Protection license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. Bidders must meet a DVBE participation goal. The required participation for this agreement is 3%. OBAS is not required to award a contract. OBAS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept all or any portion of a bid, if deemed in the best interest of the State and not contrary to law. OBAS's waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect will in no way modify the IFB documents or excuse the contractor from full compliance with the IFB specification, if awarded the contract.
